TERMS OF SERVICE

By inquiring to commission me, you agree to the following:I, as the artist, maintain the rights to:- The art itself.
- Add completed works to my portfolio. However, I will not post pieces to any of my social medias upon request.
- Decline or turn down any request I do not wish to work on. This also applies to clients who do not respect my terms and conditions.You, as the client:- Acknowledge that you will only receive a digital item and that it does not require shipping.
- May NOT use the commissioned work for profit.
- May NOT use the commissioned work in anything related to N.F.T.’s
- May NOT feed the commissioned work into any AI training softwares.
- May print the commissioned work for personal usage.
- May post the commissioned work in your own social medias/website with proper credit.
REGARDING PAYMENT AND REFUNDSPayments- Payment methods available are strictly PayPal (for international clients) and GCash (for local clients) only.
- Please do not send any form of payment unless I send the invoice or give you the signal to do so. I will not be held accountable for any mistakes done by the other party.- Payments should be paid upfront via invoice only. I will only accept 50% downpayment when the total goes above 250 USD. Please do NOT be persistent in asking for a sketch without paying beforehand. Please refer to my portfolio if you have a specific style in mind for the commission.
- If the client does not conform to my rules or is persistent in obtaining any form of art from me, the artist, without paying beforehand only then will they be added to my blacklist and will blocked.
- For commercial works, please contact me through email to discuss payment.Refunds- I do NOT allow refunds even during the sketching stage of the commission. Please only commission me if you are certain/secure with your circumstances and that you, the client, are able to request a fully commissioned piece from me.
- I will only allow full refunds if I, the artist, could no longer work on the commission.
- Please refrain from claiming disputes/chargebacks. I am open to communicating and sorting things out properly under any circumstances.

- VTuber assets (Banners, anything that's used for advertising one's self)
- Posters (For Selling)

Regarding the Progress of your CommissionTakes place after I, the artist, receives the payment;
and the client receives the link to the Trello board- I have a total of (4) stages for tracking the progress of your commission, namely:
- Sketch - Includes a greyscale with base color and lighting ready for revisions such as any important elements needed in the piece. This is provided that the references given to me, the artist, are correct.
- Approved Sketch - Sketch is fully approved by client and is ready for rendering.
- Rendering - The longest part of the process. Includes cleaning up sketch and refining details.
- Revisions - Final stage. A minimum of (3) minor revisions are allowed before I send the final files. If there are major revisions, additional charges will be given.As a college student currently being bombarded with a lot of schoolworks and projects, here is the (average) timeframe it will take me to work on and finish your commission:To confirm that you read my T.O.S. properly, here's a 10%off disc0unt on any order from me :D. To avail, just attach a screenshot of this or add a CAKE emoji before your order form!Note: I work and reply to emails in batches so I most likely try to finish sketches as early as possible and send it over during weekends. Please take note that all of this depends on how large or difficult a piece is for me to work on.- Sketch Stage - Around 3 days or 1-2 weeks. Max. 3 weeks.
- Rendering Stage - 3 weeks to 1 month. Max. 3 months.
- Final Revisions Stage - 3 days or 1 week. Max. 2 weeks.*Does not apply to commercial worksRest assured that I send over updates frequently in batches and will not make my clients wait a year for a commissioned piece unless there are uncontrollable circumstances such as losing my arm.Thank you!
